Waitrose & Partners - Thame

Each time we've visited Waitrose, and specifically the deli counter, there seems to be no information readily available for any of the products. For example, I was interested in finding out the allergens for ham and turkey, and it took two members of staff to find the information I was looking for. This is a common problem across all their supermarkets. The staff were lovely, but as a passing comment one of them said they don't really receive allergen training or if they did she couldn't even remember it. This is a bit worrying for such a large business. We got the information we needed in the end but I think processes could do with improvement.

The bakery area is a real mess and cross-contamination is all over the place. I wouldn't feel comfortable buying anything here.
