Good steak but a total meat market in terms of customer care

We took our kids there for a family treat after Christmas because 2 are coeliac so steak is their fav. We had to queue in the rain to get in, queue on the stairs for a table... When we finally got our table service was slow but steaks were good. But you literally just get the meat & nothing else! We were enjoying our wine and contemplating more drinks but the Manager seemed to usher our poor waiter to give us our bill to move us on. His target was more important than our customer experience. Spent £150 on our meal but left with a bitter taste & won't be going back!
