I've eaten at lots of Wetherspoons pubs before and this one was our lifesaver after walking 13 miles from Ryde to The Duver and back along the coast path. They have an app but if you have allergies it's best to order at the bar as there are no options on the app to select allergens. I don't trust apps anyway. I had the Gammon, egg and chips which came with a free drink. Nothing tastes so good after a long walk and your feet are sore and all the places you passed on the way had been full. This was our last option and we struck lucky. There isn't a huge amount of choice if you have multiple allergies but there were lots of options for gluten free meals. However you were able to sub a jacket potato for the chips if you were worried about cross contamination.
