We enjoy eating at Itsu whenever we are in London as I’ve found it to be the place to go for shellfish allergy sufferers like me, and if you also don’t eat gluten there are many items to choose from the menu from rice bowls, to the sushi themselves. You might need to check your tolerance levels because of the presence of soy sauce. That said you can opt for meals without the soy sauce.
Menu Top Tips
- Try the mochi dessert for a gluten free and vegan offering. Each meal comes with an indication of the calorie count which I found helpful if you track that sort of thing.
Recommended Dish
- Salmon sashimi or Salmon Full House
