Honest Burgers - Portobello

I've followed them on Insta for ages now just in case I ever got to Glasgow at any point! A 100% gluten free bakery-how could I not!? Just a short bus ride from the city centre - we popped along on the Sunday for opening at 10am! (dedication right there!) They stay open until they sell out on a Sunday which is normally around 1-2pm. I'd messaged on the Saturday checking which were also milk free and they had a brownie and a ginger loaf left. When I arrived it was only the brownie but do not think of the 'usual' plastic wrapped brownies - oh no! This was unbelievely, stick to your teeth gooey! My friend had the carrot cake and she commented that she'd never have known it was gluten free! High praise from a muggle!! My only thing would be if I lived closer I'd selfishly want a few more milk free options.

Venue Top Tips

You can sit outside on a bench or they have some benches in a small front court yard area. Very cute!

The best cakes, cupcakes and pastries I've tried (with or without gluten!).
