Blend - Inverness

I eat here pretty often and have never had an issue, its my go-to place in Inverness for lunch or coffee and cake. Most (if not all) of their sandwiches and bagels can be made gluten free and they always have some gluten free cake on offer! Some dairy free food and drinks options too.
