We are pleased to announced our 2nd Joint Allergen Management Conference organised by the University of Birmingham‘s Food Safety Group from the School of Chemical Engineering and Allergy Companions Ltd.
Food allergies pose significant challenges for individuals and the hospitality industry alike. As the prevalence of food allergies continues to rise globally, it is imperative for the hospitality sector to adapt and innovate to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all customers.
This conference aims to explore the current landscape of food allergy management and identify future challenges and opportunities for the hospitality sector.
Experts from various fields will come together to share insights, best practices, and innovative solutions to enhance food allergy management in hospitality settings. Join us as we chart the course for the future of food allergy management in the hospitality sector. The day will be comprised of guest speakers, discussion groups and panels.
