Staff at Estero lounge were very knowledgeable regarding what foods contained what and where uncertain could confirm with the chef. Alternatives were available for many dishes and there are even Gluten Free and Dairy Free menus. I think there is also a vegan menu available. They ask before seating you whether your dish must be completely allergen free or whether you have an intolerance. The venue does allow dogs into the premises so if you are not a dog person this may be an issue.
